These works were made using charcoal and hand-cut stencils based on buildings in the process of being built or renovated. They explore how space is constructed and how place is held in memory. The drawings render forms that verge on instability and fragility. Like memory they contain voids and soft edges where boundaries begin to dissolve and structures remain uncertain.
